Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full set of company account
  • Prepare monthly management reports and audit schedules
  • Prepare flux analysis for project accounting
  • Work closely with various departments to facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures
  • Prepare quarterly group reporting schedules for Consolidation team

  • Prepare and submit ICA Clearance for vessel as per Port Clearance
  • Handle Crew change for crew signing on/off or crew transfer from tug boats
  • Prepare the necessary documents & invitation letter for crew visa application
  • Crew manning with necessary cert to apply if required (Singapore flag/Malaysia Flag)
  • Crew employment according to the STCW requirement as per Flag

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees operation of vessels through operational supervision of the marine fleet and crews
  • Work with Admin to highlight vessels due (at least 2-month advance)
  • Ensure all trading certs are valid before on-hire
  • Ensure all crews are certified and ready for voyage
  • Attend to vessels daily maintenance
  • Prepare checklist to ensure vessels operational readiness
  • Close out OCIMF - IMO - OVID, OSVIS, SUPO ship audits as required by charterers with relevant reference to OMVSA if needed
  • Brief and prepare Sailing Instructions for Masters on planned confirmed voyages

  • Ensure workplace safety by implementing, maintaining and monitoring the Safety Management System for vessels and care. Include regular safety meetings, onboard visits and inspection and other safety protocols
  • Conducts / oversees post incident investigations to determine root cause of incident and provide recommendations and action plans to ensure corrective measure are put in place to prevent future incidents

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt and timely delivery of goods to Clients on specific routes
  • Handle loading and off-loading of goods
  • To carry out lifting and other general works with the lorry crane or hook lift as instructed
  • Perform checks on the load chart to ensure that the crane/hook lift has sufficient net lifting capacity for every lifting operation
  • Ensure full compliance to safety rules and regulations on the roads and at jobsites

  • Market tug and barge services to existing clients as well as to develop & explore new clientele and explore new markets. These include direct and indirect sales of the company's own assets and / or 3rd party assets
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in identifying and formulating sales strategies to market the tug and barge services
  • Gather market trends and related information pertaining to the tug and barge industry and make recommendations and feedback to Marketing Manager
  • Handle Tug & Barge Operations & to ensure that services rendered to clients are of high standards

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regular maintenance on the assigned crane i.e. properly greased, lubricated and regularly cleaned as to allow the crane stay operational at all times
  • Ensure before starting work, Crane Operator is to conduct daily safety check on his assigned crane including filling-up crane log book and lifting log book as per Ministry of Manpower guideline
  • Ensure appropriate valid lifting gears are used
  • Ensure to adhere site in-house regulations i.e. to hand-over the by-pass key to site lifting supervisor or site person in-charge prior execution of the job to avoid any safety violation
  • Report to Controller and/or Operation Staff for advice if there is any unsafe job requested by site

  • Responsible for the overall management of the client account
  • Handle enquiries, ensure prompt response to enquiries, conduct site assessment, prepare equipment proposal to the clients, issuance of quotation, securing deal, plan and coordinate resources to ensure smooth execution, verifying invoices to the clients, and assisting billing department to secure the collection of the payment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting works for all types of cranes, vehicle and equipment
  • Perform hands-on repair works including oil/filters replacement, greasing work, clutch replacement, wire rope replacement, track tensioning, brake pad/shoes replacement etc
  • Attend to job site for any repair or maintenance works as and when required
  • Adhere to safe work procedures and maintain clean and tidy working environment at all times

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experienced using power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work
  • Experienced in electrical troubleshooting or electrical repair works will be an added advantage
